The brief

Glassolutions is the largest processor, distributor, installer and repairer of glass and glazing systems in the UK. It is part of Saint-Gobain, a world leader in construction markets.

Our extensive experience of delivering publicity campaigns for building component manufacturers throughout the UK led the Solaglas team to appoint us three years ago to provide strategic advice and hands-on support to help the organisation communicate its rebrand to Glassolutions.

The campaign

As part of an international strategy, Solaglas changed its name to Glassolutions. The rebrand had to be communicated effectively and within a specified time frame.
We devised and implemented a multi-faceted communications strategy targeting all key internal and external audiences, which culminated in the announcement of the rebrand at Ecobuild, the world's biggest event for sustainable design, construction and the built environment.

We have since been retained by the Glassolutions team on an ongoing basis to provide broad-ranging PR and communications support.

The results

The rebrand campaign resulted in a meaningful name change, which also provided a platform to communicate the company’s positioning going forward as a solutions-driven service provider in the construction sector.

Glassolutions also won the Glass Company of the Year category of the G12 awards.
