PR and content for Orbit Heart of England

The Brief

Part of the Orbit Group, one of the largest housing groups in the country, Orbit Heart of England housing association manages around 16,500 properties for families, couples, single and older people across the Midlands.

Our brief is to support the marketing communications team and our work has included managing the copywriting and design of a quarterly residents’ newsletter; writing content for customer documents as well as PR activity to help deliver Orbit Heart of England's corporate objectives in communicating a series of key messages to residents, stakeholders and potential partners.

The Campaign

Our input comprises regional media relations targeting local and regional print and broadcast media across the north and south Midlands alongside news stories and articles targeting key trade publications. It also includes delivering specific PR support for new and forthcoming housing developments.

We’ve worked closely with the communications team to create an evaluation system that enables them to monitor; measure and readily report campaign success throughout the Orbit Group.
