York marketing communications and design agency The Partners Group has appointed three new board directors.

Office manager Jayne Davies and account directors Monica Green and Karen Tinkler have joined managing director Hugh Venables on the board.

Hugh says, "Jayne, Monica and Karen have been making strategic decisions and helping me to run and grow the business for the past few years. It is fantastic news for the future of the business that they have underlined their commitment to Partners by becoming directors."

Jayne is Partners' longest serving employee, having joined the company when it was formed in York in 1988. She heads a seven-strong administration team and is responsible for the company's operations including personnel, IT and financial management.

Monica has more than ten years' PR experience and is responsible for marketing and business development. Karen, who heads up some of the company's biggest accounts and has been in the industry for eight years, is also responsible for generating new business.

The Partners Group has 18 staff and provides a range of communications services, including marketing, public relations and graphic design, to clients throughout the UK in the construction and property; manufacturing and engineering; food, professional services and education sectors.

An associate company - Partners Leisure Ltd - provides specialist marketing support for leisure and tourism businesses.
