In 1988, Belinda Carlisle was at the top of the charts with Heaven is a Place on Earth, Wimbledon won the FA Cup after beating Liverpool 1-0 at Wembley, Ayrton Senna clinched his first Formula One World Championship and Rain Man won the Best Picture Oscar.

Meanwhile - in York - a small marketing communications team started life, providing PR support to companies in the manufacturing and building industries.

That team was The Partners Group and, although we’ve changed quite a bit since then – we’ve grown into a £2million business with a team of 18 people, moved premises and broadened our services significantly – our values have stayed the same.
