Monica Green, National Chair of Women in Property

Partners PR director Monica Green has been appointed National Chairman 2020/21 for Women in Property.  Monica takes the national role as head of the property and construction industry lobbying and networking organisation from 1st March 2020, for one year.

Monica is a former Yorkshire & North East branch Chairman and manages PR and communications for the regional committee. In her forthcoming year, Monica wants to grow the work Women in Property has been doing in addressing workplace issues including flexible working patterns, supporting women returners and mental wellbeing.

She said: “I took on the National Chair role because I believe there is still lots of work to do to challenge stereotypes, celebrate diversity, champion role models and achieve a more balanced workplace.

“Because the organisation works at the highest levels – we are regular contributors to the All-Party Parliamentary Group for Women and Work, our members are involved in contributing to Welsh and Scottish Government panels, and we have strong relationships with professional bodies and businesses – Women in Property gives women in the industry a voice and the power to influence change.”

Monica will hold the voluntary role of National Chair until 28th February 2021.
