The brief

The New Home Finder website was born out of a shared frustration experienced by digital agency pixelbuilders’ three directors when they were looking to buy new homes. Search engines directed them to individual developers’ websites, which they then had to trawl, one by one, to find schemes in the areas they wanted to live. 
New Home Finder pulls all of this information together, presenting all of the new build schemes available in a specific area, as well as delivering cost effective leads and buyer information to housebuilders.
The site launched in Yorkshire in March 2015 ahead of a phased national rollout, and the team approached Partners to help launch it to the regional business community via the media, with a view to raising awareness and generating interest among housebuilders.

The campaign

We developed a news story with a business focus concentrating on investment and backing received from four regional business heavyweights, commissioned a strong photo to accompany it and targeted regional business and property writers.

The results

The launch received extensive exposure on TheBusinessDesk.com, Yorkshire Business Insider, BDaily and BQ Live; generating an estimated 46.5k online views, more than 200 social shares and resulting in enquiries from two housebuilders and a new advertiser.
