SEO, or search engine optimisation to use its full name, is the practice of optimising your website to gain better rankings in organic search results with the aim of increasing the quality and quantity of traffic to your website.
Quality traffic means people who are genuinely interested in the information, services or products you have to offer, and they are always going to convert better than poor quality traffic. If we can convert just 10% of those visitors into clients, then that is 30 new clients every month.
Now just think that on average the first position in search results gets a click through rate of 32.5%, so having that position for ‘SEO Services’ related keywords would generate 9,750 visitors every month who are actively searching for our service. You can do the maths from there.
