The brief

We have worked with the in-house marketing team at ROCOL, part of the global ITW Group, for more than 15 years. Our brief is to increase awareness of the company’s range of registered food-safe lubricants among maintenance engineers in the food, drink and clean industries as well as raising the ROCOL profile among food industry decision makers

As well as supporting the UK team, we have coordinated several global food industry PR campaigns to support sales managers in Spain, Italy, Germany the Netherlands and Portugal, working with partners agencies in target countries to deliver on the ground publicity support.



The campaign

The majority of our work is focused on raising and maintaining awareness of food-grade lubricants for use in food and drink manufacture and processing. 

In positioning ROCOL as an authority on safe maintenance practices, the PR campaign provides a valuable backdrop of brand exposure to support area sales managers in a highly competitive market dominated by some of the world’s largest companies.

Maintaining the profile of the maintenance lubricant products and comprehensive support package is achieved through an ongoing media relations campaign targeting the food manufacturing and processing trade media.   

The results

We have helped ROCOL establish a strong profile in the food and drink production market, which has enabled the business to compete with the larger players.
